What do you wish you had known about founding a company before you started?
I didn’t realize how much time supposedly unimportant details take before founding a company. You are torn between the optimal degree of delegation and “just do it yourself”.

Your tip for anyone who wants to start their own business?
I find it difficult not to just say “Do it. Just do it.” to say. There is a lot of help and support for aspiring founders, make use of it and don’t be afraid to fail, because that wouldn’t be a bad thing.
